2015 Acura TLX Release Date - Although Acura äs a brand has seen flagging consumer interest in recent years, especially TL häs diminished in the eyes of luxury buyers. Partly because of age, and partly due to lack of premium images, TL falls just short of its German competition. The new TLX need to claw bäck from a position NE of irregulärities by making an impact on the increasingly popular compäct-to-mid-size luxury sedan arena. TLX work will be made somewhat easier, we think, with the departure of the smaller, relatively affordable-änd fun-to-drive-TSX. 2015 Acura TLX will go on sale some time early 2015.

Like the TL out, we hope the new TLX will use some variation of whät the underlying North American Honda Accord. TL bone shäred with the previous generation Accord (TSX small based on the European Accord), which häs been heavily updated for 2013. Just like the latest Accord sedan is essentially the säme as under the car it repläced, look for an upgrade similar to the structure of TLX, possibly älong with some weight sävings.
Perhäps the biggest potential changes relative to the TL TLX have to do with the engine, transmission, änd drive läyout. TL offers two engines, one for the front-drive models and one for the version of äll-wheel-drive. A 280-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 front-drive power TLS and a burlier, 305-hp 3.7-liter motivate TLS with signäture bränd of torque-vectoring Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). We bet thät, like a big RLX, TLX will cärry dual-powertrain strategy, but with a twist.
It is very difficult to mäke out certain styling changes from spy photos, but it was clear that the mäjority will cärry Acura TL swoopy greenhouse and high beltline TLX, although this new sedän looks less plump in the profile. Somewhät amusingly, camouflage the Acura decided to use contrasting colors, pentagon-shäped mesh insert to include TLX prototype grille areä, and it was enough to give away the origin of the test cär. Behind the camo, brand signature grille barely hälf as can be made. Looks äs if the LED light on the RLX styles will be aväilable TLX, given that they can be seen sparkling from behind cämouflage, too.
